Fresh Air Dogs to Hand Over the Leash

4/14/17

Notice to all Fresh Air Dogs and their humans:

As many of you know, we were blessed with a grandson 18 months ago. He lives in Durham, is a true joy and we love spending time with him every chance we get. We are also expecting a granddaughter later this month who will live in Casco. Our hearts are about to bust! We knew that the time would come when we would have to make the transition from Russell & Cynthia, the “Dog People,” to be able to be full-time, close by “Pap Pap” and “Nana” … best titles we’ve ever had!

We have prayed long and hard about what to do and when to do it. God has showed us that it’s now time for us to prepare to hand over the leash to someone who will remain committed to having an awesome place for dogs to learn, play and stay in a safe, clean, fun and friendly environment. Even though our client list has grown steadily from 2010 to 2017, there are more amenities that could be added to provide additional avenues for growth for a new owner; i.e., grooming, retail, etc.

Fresh Air Dogs is a well-respected brand that is recognized statewide and we value the goodwill created through our trusting relationships with our clients. We want nothing more than for Fresh Air Dogs to continue to serve our existing clients and grow for years to come. We are certainly willing to provide support and training to the new owner to ensure a seamless transition. If someone comes to mind that you think would be perfect Dog People, please encourage them to contact us for more information.

Many thanks to all of you who have contributed to our success over the past 7+ years; we couldn’t have done it without you.
